Head of Customer Success

About the role

You will own the post sale experience for every Keystone customer. Your job is to make sure every founder closes the round, every bank closes the mandate, and every customer renews and expands.

What you'll do

  • Own GRR and NRR across the entire customer base.
  • Build the onboarding, QBR, and renewal motions from the ground up.
  • Hire and lead a small team of CSMs.
  • Partner with the broker desk to make sure every customer is matched with the right human support.
  • Surface product feedback into the roadmap.

What you bring

  • 6+ years in customer success at B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • 2+ years managing CSMs or AMs.
  • Strong instinct for outcomes vs activity.
  • Comfort owning revenue retention targets.
