How we operate

Senior team, low headcount
We hire fewer, more senior people and pay at the top of band. No middle management drag.
Outcomes over activity
Every quarter has 2 to 3 outcomes per team. If it doesn't ladder up, we don't do it.

Decisions live in docs, not Slack threads. Async first, deep work protected.
Customers in the building
Every engineer, designer, and ops person talks to brokers, founders, and investors monthly.
