VP of Investments

About the role

We are hiring a Vice President of Investments to run the relationship side of Keystone Markets. You will manage a desk of investment brokers, own our top tier investor coverage, and shape how our 100,000+ verified investor universe gets activated for founders, banks, and PE sponsors. You will report directly to the CEO and sit on the executive team.

What you'll do

• Own and grow the relationship with Keystone's top 500 institutional LPs, GPs, family office principals, and sovereign allocators.
• Lead and scale a team of senior brokers and investment associates.
• Drive deal origination across pre-seed through Series C, growth equity, and private credit mandates.
• Set the desk's quarterly placement and revenue targets and own the P&L.
• Partner with product and data to translate investor signals into platform features.
• Represent Keystone at conferences, capital introductions, and on broker dealer calls.
• Maintain regulatory alignment with our broker dealer partner and FINRA standards.

What you bring

• 10+ years across investment banking, private capital placement, or institutional investor relations.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 (Series 79 strongly preferred).
• Proven track record placing $100M+ in private capital across multiple rounds.
• Existing relationships across at least three of: VCs, family offices, PE, sovereigns, hedge funds.
• Experience managing brokers, associates, or a small placement team.
• Strong written and verbal communication — investors should look forward to your emails.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a top tier placement agent (Park Hill, Lazard, Evercore, Campbell Lutyens).
• MBA or CFA.
• International capital relationships (UK, GCC, APAC).
