About the role
Senior brokers at Keystone own client relationships end to end. You will take a founder raising a Series A or a mid market bank running a $50M mandate and translate it into a tight target list, warm introductions, and a closed round. You are the human in the loop between our intelligence platform and the capital that funds it.
What you'll do
- Manage 10 to 20 active client mandates at any time across founders, banks, and capital advisors.
- Build investor target lists using the Keystone platform — 100,000+ verified investors filterable by sector, stage, check size, and geography.
- Run warm introductions through your own network and Keystone's relationship graph.
- Coach clients on pitch, data room, and process discipline.
- Track every conversation in the platform CRM and report weekly to clients.
- Coordinate with the compliance team on every transaction.
What you bring
- 5+ years in investment banking, private placements, or institutional sales.
- Active Series 7 and 63 (we can sponsor renewal).
- Closed at least $25M in private capital placements.
- Strong written communication and pitch storytelling.
- Comfort operating against monthly placement targets.
