Investment Associate

About the role

Associates are the engine behind every Keystone mandate. You will build investor lists, draft outreach sequences, qualify replies, and prep brokers for every investor call. It is a fast track into a senior broker seat for the right operator.

What you'll do

• Build precise investor target lists from the Keystone universe based on mandate filters.
• Draft tailored cold outreach and follow up sequences.
• Qualify inbound and outbound responses, schedule investor meetings, prep call notes.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene across all active mandates.
• Run market mapping and competitor research for new sectors.

What you bring

• 2 to 4 years in investment banking, VC, consulting, or growth equity.
• Strong financial modeling and market mapping ability.
• Exceptional written communication.
• Willingness to sit Series 7 and 63 within first 6 months (we sponsor).
