Staff Full Stack Engineer (React / TanStack Start)

About the role

Staff engineers at Keystone ship the surfaces our users live in. You will own product areas end to end, from schema to UI to telemetry, and set the engineering bar for the rest of the team.

What you'll do

• Own product surfaces end to end: schema, server functions, UI, telemetry.
• Set front end architecture and component standards across the codebase.
• Ship high signal user interfaces in React 19 / TanStack Start.
• Mentor mid level engineers and review their PRs.
• Drive performance, accessibility, and SEO across every shipped surface.

What you bring

• 8+ years building production React apps.
• Deep TypeScript, React 19, and modern routing (TanStack Router / Remix / Next).
• Strong instinct for product UX and information density.
• Comfort owning a service end to end including database and deploys.

Nice to have

• Experience with TanStack Start, Cloudflare Workers, or Supabase.
• Open source contributions to a meaningful React or data tool.
