Marketing & Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for a player coach to own marketing end to end at Keystone. You will set the brand voice, ship the marketing site, run SEO and content, and drive qualified pipeline to the broker desk.

What you'll do

• Own SEO and content strategy across founder, bank, PE, and investor type pages.
• Run paid and lifecycle experiments against pipeline targets.
• Ship the marketing site and pricing pages in partnership with design + engineering.
• Build the brand voice — restrained, technical, founder respected.
• Report weekly on pipeline, MQLs, and demo bookings.

What you bring

• 6+ years in B2B marketing or growth at a venture backed startup.
• Hands on with SEO, content, lifecycle, and paid.
• Comfort writing the first draft of every page yourself.
• Strong design taste even if not a designer.
